Star Citizen Patch 3.13.0f

Alpha Patch 3.13.0f has been released to Evocati, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.13.0-PTU.7216703.

It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the “Testing Focus”. Please issue council all issues related to those in testing focus and in general gameplay.

Known Issues

  • Player begins suffocating on respawn with no oxygen which persists through death
  • Hornet series can spawn damaged/shaking and / or in destroyed state
  • Client will crash when calling another player
  • Customized loadouts are reset to default when the ship’s name is changed
  • Contacts disappear from list after relaunching client and further sent/received requests from those contacts are not seen.
  • Many UI Displays/functionality stops after launching the client a 2nd time
  • On landing pads, trolleys are unable to be pushed / pulled up the entryway / cargo ramp, or elevator ramps.
  • Leaving a trolley in a door way will clip through the floor erratically and can kill players
  • Docking with a moving ship lags behind, causing a large snap into the docked position
  • Docked merlin enter interactions don’t show when constellation is moving
  • Mounting weapon while holding a grenade will cause the player to enter a broken state upon exiting via interaction mode during low FPS

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue causing multiple functions to be broken on the Front End
  • Fixed an issue causing players to sometimes have no body and be unable to move after respawning from death
  • Trolleys found in hangars should no longer have their wheels clipping through the floor, removing functionality.
  • Viewing reputation while in a ship will no longer cause the UI to mess up
  • Civilian Miner NPC’s should now be killable for the cave assassination missions
  • Fixed an issue causing the Multi-tool screen to not function or show the power of their mining laser
  • Fixed an issue causing players to fall through the environment geometry in various elevators
  • Players should now be able to use the turn off sensor to manually open and close door in the Star Runner
  • There should no longer be floating table geometry upon entering the cargo bay area of the Constellation Phoenix
  • Cargo bay interaction prompts for Constellations should no longer be missing or out of reach
  • Hand animation should no longer be inverted when turning the steering wheel in the Cyclones and Ursa Rovers
  • Fixed an LOD issue in Lorville causing habs, Metro Center, and Customs signs to be unreadable close up
  • Smelter and cargo crane tracks in refinery and cargo decks should now function and move correctly
  • Fixed duplicate announcements on Arena Commander game start and end

Technical

  • Fixed 11 Client crashes
  • Fixed 6 Server crashes
