Star Citizen Alpha Patch 3.23.0
Alpha Patch 3.23.0 has been released to EPTU, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.23.0-EPTU.9165930.
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\EPTU.
Characters in this new environment will be built from LTP data so items such as medpens, ammo, rentals, and refinery jobs will be lost.

Known Issues
For 3.23.0 LIVE, Server Crash Recovery will remove all current missions and mark them as abandoned. This will not reduce reputation when this occurs. This could cause a few trespassing issues in locations like UGFs. This is not the intended final outcome for missions and recovery and further changes are coming in a later release.

- PU – Stanton – Lorville – Female / AI – Females – There are no female social AI present around Lorville
- PU – Graphics / Vulkan – Flight HUD / FPS UI – No UI HUD with Vulkan enabled on AMD GPU
- PU – Stanton – Lorville – ASOP / Fleet Manager – UI – The ASOP terminals for ground vehicles at Lorville gates get stuck on infinite load, accessing list of ships
- PU – Stanton – UI – HUD / AR Markers – Misaligned HUD Markers with Ultrawide or TSR graphics upscaling enabled

Bug Fixes
Made further streaming optimizations for Distribution Centers to help prevent ships on the surface from streaming in before the location which was causing them to fall through and create performance issues.
- Fixed – PU – Solar system wide Armistice Zone is keeping the Player from using their Vehicles and FPS weapons (STARC-108082)
- Fixed an issue that was causing some Distribution Center Elevators to lose collision and drop players

- Fixed – PU – Law System / Legal Salvage – Players can gain Crimestat by fracturing a legal salvage contract target wreck (STARC-104177)

- Fixed – PU – Interactables – Locations – Lorville – Hab doors may fail to open when interacted with, even when there are no delays in responses for other interactions

- Fixed – NPC locomotion is bugged during exact positioning into usable/cover causing them to slide and stop incorrectly
- Fixed – AC – Custom Lobbies – Multiple game modes – Several game modes cannot be launched in a custom lobby (GravLev)
- Fixed – Long Term Persistence – Salvage and refueling components do not persist between builds in LTP (STARC-99959) Note: This fix will only apply to items created after this fix was put in
