This is a hot-fix version in order to correct an issue related to the acknowledge modal and detect Linux users.
If you find any bugs on that RSI launcher 1.6.6. There is a category in Issue Council called “RSI Launcher 1.6.6”.

I can’t install it. It keeps telling me to manually close launcher.
Try to close the RSI Launcher and check with the Task Manager if is completely closed. Download and install: https://install.robertsspaceindustries.com/star-citizen/RSI-Setup-1.6.8.exe
If dosen’t works:
Everytimes, i open RSI, its keep making me update launcher.
HOw do i fix this?

Try to open it like Admin!
