We hope you’re having a ghoulish Day of the Vara and a spooky Halloween today! If you’re hunting for treats in the ‘verse, we recommend the ongoing Dynamic Events, Jumptown 2.0 and Nine Tails Lockdown.
On the other hand, if you’re still working on your party decorations, you can get inspiration from the winners of the CitizenCon 2952 DIY Ship Model Contest and this year’s Pumpkin Carving Contest. Participation in the latter is still possible until tomorrow, so knives out!
If you still need to get in the spooky mood for tonight’s party, take a look at the entries in the Trick-or-Treat Video Contest. We announced the winners today – our jury was partially screaming with fright!
Otherwise, it will soon be time to buckle up and prepare for takeoff, as the galaxy’s premier vehicle showcase, the Intergalactic Aerospace Expo, is fast approaching. Don’t miss it from Friday, November 18!

This Tuesday, the Narrative will release Crossroads – a new short story about a Tevarin pirate on the run from a bounty hunter and their deadly face-off in an old scrapyard. November’s Subscriber offerings will also be published on Tuesday, both as a newsletter and as a comm-link.

On Thursday, we’ve another episode of the only weekly, continuous behind-the-scenes docuseries in videogames (citation pending) where we peek Inside Star Citizen. This time, we’re looking at the current progress of the Cargo Refactor coming online in Alpha 3.18 and revisiting the RaStar tool, discussing how it’s evolved since CitizenCon 2951, and seeing how it’s being used to place new outposts throughout the Stanton and Pyro systems.

On Friday, the talk-show shenanigans continue with another episode of Star Citizen Live. The response to the new format has been heartwarming, and while we’ll continue to fine-tune the formula week after week and inject a few surprises along the way, this week’s show will be another chance to discuss two different aspects of Star Citizen’s continuing development.
